Svava María is also co-author of the book «Discovery Design: Charting New Directions in Healthcare Improvement» which offers practical insights for addressing healthcare challenges through design thinking. With extensive experience spanning healthcare, innovation, and engineering, Svava María brings wealth of expertise to her leadership position. Prior roles include co-founding Future Medical Systems and working at organizations like IDEO, Abbott Vascular Devices, Boston Scientific, and GE Medical Systems, all reflecting her dedication to improving healthcare.
